A graduate of the two-year Mechanical Engineering program at Taiwan Tech in 2000, Hsiao recalls his university years as a time of intense academic focus.

After graduation, Mr. Ming-Hsien Hsiao worked in the server industry, where he observed firsthand the critical need to address heat dissipation in high-speed computing environments. He decided to focus on the research and development of heat conduction and dissipation materials, laying the groundwork for his future business. To current students, Hsiao offers this advice: "The engineering training you receive at Taiwan Tech is more than sufficient, but once you leave school, you'll find yourself surrounded by people with even more experience and knowledge. Keep a sense of humility and respect—only then can you continue to grow." This mindset, he adds, has been the core principle guiding his entrepreneurial journey from the very beginning.
