The QS World University Rankings evaluate institutions based on various indicators, including academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, citations per faculty, international faculty and student ratios, international research network, and sustainability. Among these, Taiwan Tech showed the most significant improvement in two key metrics: citations per faculty and international faculty ratio, driving its overall rise in the rankings. Regarding the international faculty ratio, Taiwan Tech has proactively recruited outstanding foreign faculty members with strong research capabilities and global perspectives. It has also improved administrative and living support for international staff, while expanding EMI (English-Medium Instruction) courses and international cooperation programs to foster diverse learning environments and enhance the internationalization and inclusivity of its teaching and research settings.

Moving forward, Taiwan Tech will continue to pursue innovation, interdisciplinarity, sustainability, and internationalization as its strategic pillars. The university aims to break into the global top 300 and further strengthen its role in driving societal development and industrial advancement, shaping a more influential and globally recognized higher education brand.
