Taiwan Tech Continuing Education Center has been actively building a “High-Level Pre-employment Training Platform” for over 10 years, dedicated to enhancing the skills of job seekers and building career readiness for job transitions. Through a comprehensive learning roadmap, the center helps participants rebuild their confidence and create a “second spring” in their careers. Over the years, more than 100 pre-employment training sessions have been offered, covering fields such as information technology, business management, and engineering. The average employment rate three months after completion exceeds 87%, creating countless success stories across various sectors including web design, app design, interior design, e-commerce, podcast hosting, project management, data analysis, and marketing.

The talent development platform actively forms strategic alliances with stable, high-quality companies and leading industry associations, closely aligning with the job market and responding to talent demands by facilitating job matches.

In recent years, in response to the global net-zero trend and the growing demand for sustainable management professionals, the center has launched pre-employment training programs for sustainability management talent. With over 80% of instructors coming from the industry, these programs align closely with industry job openings, achieving notable employment outcomes such as green certification consultants with salaries of 100K. The center continues to train green-collar professionals, contributing to the green transformation of industries across the board.

Starting from 2023, Taiwan Tech Continuing Education Center has been entrusted by the Ministry of Labor’s Northern Regional Office to operate the “ESG Sustainable Development Industry Talent Training Hub”, fully committed to building a “Green Collar Talent Base”. Each year, over a hundred new green-collar professionals are trained and enter industries such as manufacturing, finance, construction, and technology, taking on key roles in corporate net-zero and sustainable development efforts.

The most notable feature of the talent base is its success in leading the “younger generation” through career transitions. More than half of the green-collar class consists of middle-aged and older learners, who combine their past industry experience with practical sustainable learning. This fusion cultivates highly skilled interdisciplinary professionals, becoming the most trusted talent for corporate green transformations. The students demonstrate a strong capacity for learning and a powerful drive to enter green-collar roles, showing determination and resolve in protecting the Earth and the environment. Many successful career transition stories from mature professionals shape the operational vision of “Come to Taiwan Tech for Jobs, Come to Taiwan Tech for Talent.”
