THE 2025 Global Employability University Ranking: Taiwan Tech Ranks 82nd Globally and 2nd in Taiwan.

The UK-based Times Higher Education (THE), in collaboration with the French human resources consulting firm Emerging, released the 2025 Global Employability University Ranking and Survey (GEURS) on November 14. Taiwan Tech ranked 82nd globally, improving by 4 places compared to the previous ranking. It is ranked 19th in Asia and second in Taiwan, making it the only technical university in Taiwan to be included in the top 100.

Among Taiwanese universities, only National Taiwan University (NTU), Taiwan Tech, and National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) made it into the top 250 in the global employability ranking. NTU ranked 79th, and NTHU ranked 189th.

According to reports from the Central News Agency, employers from over 1,000 universities worldwide selected the universities with the strongest employability. Each respondent could choose up to 10 universities. A total of 13,240 managers from 33 countries participated in the survey, casting a total of 129,126 votes, making this the largest sample size in the GEURS survey since its inception in 2010.
