NTUST graduates are ranked 6th in Cheers’ survey on most-preferred students among 3000 enterprises

    National Cheng Kung University resumed the top position, after five years’ miss of the crown, among the universities whose graduates are most favored by business employers.  Cheng Kung is followed on the favorite list by Taiwan University, Chiao Tung University, Tsing Hua University, Chenchi University, NTUST, Tamkang University, Taipei University of Technology, Feng Chia University and Sun Yat-sen University. This year’s survey includes eight indices, namely, “professional knowledge and skills”, “stability and pressure resistance”, “problem solving”, “teamwork and cooperativeness”, “desire for learning”, and “global vision and foreign language command.” Individually, Cheng Kung is ranked No. 1 in three categories, while Taiwan University has topped the others in five categories, but is ranked No. 3 for “stability and pressure resistance”. National Taiwan University of Science and Technology has for years been No. 1 among technology-based universities. We are proud to surpass so many traditional universities that have abundant resources and much greater student bases.
